Cancellation and Refund Policy
Before making any purchases, please review our detailed cancellation and refund policy below. This policy applies to all consultations and services provided by MyEyeRx.net.
Cancellation Policy:
- All cancellations will incur a $35 administrative fee. This fee covers processing costs and ensures clarity in managing appointment schedules.
Refund Policy:
- Refunds are not issued for consultations once they have occurred. Our fees cover the consultation service with our doctor, not the issuance of a prescription or medical exemption.
- If you meet with a doctor and do not qualify for a medical exemption due to insufficient medical proof or other reasons, no refund will be issued.
- Refunds will only be issued if:
- MyEyeRx.net is unable to provide services due to changes in state or jurisdictional laws or policies.
- A client pre-pays but does not pass the pre-appointment screening process.
Refund Process:
- To request a refund, email us at tory@myeyerx.net.
- Refunds will be processed back to the original card used for the purchase.
- Allow up to 72 hours for the refund process to be completed.
Additional Refund Information:
- For purchases made prior to prequalification that are subsequently refunded, the full amount will be refunded minus a $35 administrative fee to cover processing costs. This fee is clearly stated during the purchase process for transparency.
- We strongly recommend completing the prequalification form before making a purchase to ensure eligibility and avoid unnecessary charges.

To determine eligibility before scheduling a consultation, please fill out the prequalification form. An authorized MyEyeRx associate will review your submission and provide guidance on the appropriate next steps.
