Online Medical Exemptions for Window Tinting

If you purchase a product before completing our prequalification process and are subsequently not qualified by a doctor for a medical exemption, your purchase is non-refundable. To avoid this situation, we strongly recommend that you first complete our prequalification form and wait for specific instructions from an authorized MyeyeRx associate regarding which product to purchase.

Please note the following important conditions:
If you purchase a consultation and schedule an appointment with a doctor, you must cancel at least 24 hours in advance to be eligible for a refund. If the appointment is not canceled 24 hours in advance and the consultation occurs, resulting in a determination that you do not qualify for the medical exemption, no refund will be issued. We emphasize the importance of completing the prequalification form before scheduling a consultation to ensure the best customer experience.

If you purchase a consultation without prequalifying and do not schedule or attend a call with a doctor, but later decide to request a refund (either due to a change of mind or because we determine that you are not prequalified), you will be eligible for a refund. However, a $35 processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

We advise all customers to complete the prequalification process to ensure clarity and satisfaction with their purchase.
