Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellations will incur a $35 fee.
Refund Policy:
- Refunds are not issued for consultations once they have occurred. Our fees cover the consultation service with our doctor, not for the issuance of a prescription or a medical exemption.
- If you purchase a consultation and do not qualify for a medical exemption after speaking with a doctor, no refund will be issued.
- Refunds will be issued if MyEyeRx.net is unable to provide services due to changes in state or jurisdictional laws or policies, or if a client pre-pays but does not pass the pre-appointment screening.
Refund Process:
- To request a refund, please email us at tory@myeyerx.net.
- Refunds will be processed back to the original card used for the purchase.
- Allow up to 72 hours for the refund process to be completed.
Additional Refund Information:
- For any purchases made before prequalification that are subsequently refunded, the full amount will be refunded minus a $35 fee to cover credit card processing costs. This fee is clearly stated on the shop page for transparency.
- We strongly recommend completing the prequalification form before making a purchase to ensure eligibility and avoid unnecessary charges.
