Extra Paperwork State Spesific $100

This is only extra paperwork for medical window tint exemptions in certain states.  This is not an exemption and can not be purchased without an exemption package. This paperwork is doctor specific and is different for differend doctors and situation specific.  This includes most temperary, 30day, 60 day, and 90 day paperwork.  This paperwork includes extra vehicles and extra drivers.  This covers copies.  This also covers extra meetings with the doctor to change, adujst, or reevaluate  condition.  If you have any questions or concerns, please reach out to us prior to purchasing.
